Milltown’s watermill dates from about 1850. The National Inventory of Architectural Heritage records a compact two-storey building of limestone, with a pedestrian doorway on its southern side and a larger opening for vehicles to the north. At the eastern end, the wheel pit contains remains of the waterwheel, preserving evidence of the building’s original working arrangement. [2]
